Google Ads Management
for Businesses
Cale Media · Howell and surrounding service towns
Paying for a click only makes sense if the right customer reaches an offer you can fulfill. Cale Media manages Google Ads around the service you want to sell, the area you can serve and the route from a search to a useful inquiry. We agree the campaign scope and budget before ads run.
Choose the job you want the campaign to bring in
Start with a defined service, not every search connected to your business. An urgent repair, a planned project and a product purchase need different offers and landing pages. We discuss which requests fit your capacity and which work should stay out of the campaign.
The scope can include account review or setup, search campaign structure, keyword and negative-keyword work, ad copy, service-area settings, landing-page requirements and measurement. We identify access and approval responsibilities so the business knows who controls the account and the spend.
Agree what each campaign measure represents
| Measure | What it tells you | What still needs checking |
|---|---|---|
| Ad click | Someone followed an ad destination | Whether the visit was suitable and usable. |
| Recorded lead action | The configured action occurred | Whether it was a real, relevant inquiry. |
| Qualified inquiry | The service and location fit your business | Whether you quoted, booked or declined it. |
| Completed job | The work was fulfilled | Collected revenue and the costs of delivery. |
Location settings need to match the way you work
A target town and a customer’s job address are different pieces of information. Google explains its presence and location-interest options. We review those settings against your actual service area rather than assume that naming a town keeps every inquiry inside it.
Location signals are estimates, so the landing page and intake should also explain the working area. A business that travels needs a way to review the full job address. A customer visiting your premises needs a different arrival route. We plan the campaign around the appropriate one.
Review search terms and the destination together
A keyword list is not a complete description of the searches that triggered the ads. Google’s search terms report helps review the reported queries and their relevance. Some search-term data is not available, so the review uses the information the account actually supplies.
We examine unsuitable requests, the offer and the landing page as well as the reported queries. A campaign can need a narrower service group, exclusions, a clearer price condition or a different destination. A higher click count alone does not explain which change is useful.
Use your job economics to judge a budget
A clearly hypothetical example: assume $600 in ad spend and $150 contribution per additional completed job after its direct delivery costs. The arithmetic is $600 ÷ $150 = four additional jobs to cover that ad spend alone. Management fees and other applicable costs are outside this example, and the calculation does not predict four bookings.
Your actual figures need to come from your business. We keep ad spend, management fees, qualified inquiries and completed jobs separate in the discussion. Where lead tracking is included, the scope identifies what is recorded, how it is checked and which business outcomes still need your confirmation.
Keep paid search separate from your organic work
Google Ads is paid advertising. It does not replace local SEO or establish an organic ranking. Your website may need a clearer service page or repaired inquiry route before sending paid visitors to it. Those changes are named in the proposal rather than hidden inside a promise to manage the ads.
We also offer Facebook Ads management. Search advertising and social advertising reach customers in different situations. We choose the scope around how the service is bought and what evidence can be collected, rather than assume one channel always wins.
Google Ads management pricing and ad budget
Cale Media quotes campaign setup and management separately from the money spent with Google. The proposal identifies the campaigns, destinations, tracking work, review period and approvals included. Website repairs or new landing pages are scoped explicitly. We do not commit you to an advertising budget or an ongoing agreement through an inquiry form.
